Quesablanca: A movie themed burrito restaurant that comes from a play on words with the movie “Casablanca.”

Originally a joke I created with my friends when I talked about my side hustle, I decided to bring this fictitious restaurant to life.  I designed a menu complete with dozens of delicious and creative dishes, each inspired by a cinematic classic.  You can follow the shenanigans of this fake restaurant on Twitter @Quesablanca.  Yes, I know “Quesa Blanca” is grammatically incorrect.
